Mr. Man-ners: Did EVERYONE get their driver's license in a box of Craker Jacks?

Dear Mr. Man-ners:
What the hell is wrong with people. I mean NONE of them know how to drive. It seems they get worse every year. More accidents. More deaths. More bad drivers. Don't they teach driver's education in school anymore?

Dear A GOOD Driver: PROBABLY! NO...they do NOT teacher driver's education anymore. It's called HowToBlowAYellow in one stomp! I agree bad drivers are everywhere. And I mean everywhere! How good could you be when I saw skid marks on your letter? What did you write this while you were driving? Why do you think all those cars are blowing up in Iraqi (CLUE: It's NOT because of car bombs, it's because people are BAD drivers!).
